Following a fruitful collaboration between its founding partners, starting 2005, and in context of the ongoing organization and staffing of the elite prosecution divisions within the Prosecution Office of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (PICCJ), notably The National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) and Directorate for Investigation of Infringements of Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT), BUDUȘAN & ASOCIAȚII was established in 2008, as a private practice intended to mirror the increasingly organized, staffed and sophisticated investigative tools of the prosecution.
Since its set-up, in 2008, BUDUȘAN & ASOCIAȚII has provided legal services in a vast majority of the local high-profile business crime and corruption cases.
